This Privacy Policy describes how Shiftat-E ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use our mobile application. By using Shiftat-E, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

Account profile: Name, email address, job title, and assigned shift group.
Work schedule data: Shift rotations, leaves (vacation, sick, personal), attendance notes (late, absent, overtime), and custom allowances.
Salary information: Basic salary, hourly rates, overtime hours, allowances, and deductions — all of which you enter manually.
Reminder preferences: Notification timing and sound/volume preferences for shift reminders.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device & usage data: App version, device language (for localisation), theme preference (light/dark/system).
Advertising ID: If you see ads served by Google AdMob, your device's Advertising ID may be used to serve relevant ads. See Section 5 for details.

We do NOT collect: Your precise location, contacts, photos, or any data outside the app. All your shift, leave, salary, and schedule data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the core functionality: display your shift roster, calculate salary, track leaves, and send shift reminders.
To remember your preferences (theme, language, group selection).
To personalise your experience (greeting you by name, showing your job title).
To serve advertisements via Google AdMob (see Section 5).

3. Data Storage & Security

Local storage: All your data — shifts, leaves, notes, salary settings — is stored locally on your device using the browser's local storage mechanism (localStorage). No cloud backup or sync is provided.
No remote servers: We do not operate any backend server. Your data never leaves your device except when interacting with third-party SDKs listed in Section 5.
Data deletion: You can delete all app data at any time from More → Clear All Demo Data. This removes all locally stored information. Uninstalling the app also removes all data.

4. App Permissions

Notifications: Shiftat-E may request notification permission to send you shift reminders. You can grant or revoke this at any time through your device settings. If you decline, reminders will not function.
Internet: Required to load Google AdMob advertisements. No other internet access is used.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google AdMob

Shiftat-E uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use the following data as described in Google's Privacy Policy:

Advertising ID: A resettable, anonymous identifier used for ad personalisation and frequency capping.
Device information: Device model, OS version, screen size, and network type.
Approximate location (IP-based): Used to serve geographically relevant ads.
Ad interactions: Which ads you view or tap.

You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device's Settings → Google → Ads menu. AdMob's processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not ours.

5.2 Google Play Services

Shiftat-E is distributed through Google Play, which may collect installation and crash analytics data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

Shiftat-E is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be communicated through the app.

تصف سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام تطبيق شِفتاتي (Shiftat-E) بجمع واستخدام وتخزين ومشاركة معلوماتك. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة.

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

١.١ المعلومات التي تقدمها طواعية

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، المسمى الوظيفي، والمجموعة.
بيانات جدول العمل: المناوبات، الإجازات (سنوية، مرضية، شخصية)، ملاحظات الحضور (تأخير، غياب، وقت إضافي)، والبدلات.
معلومات الراتب: الراتب الأساسي، الساعة، ساعات العمل الإضافي، البدلات، والاستقطاعات — وجميعها تُدخلها يدوياً.
تفضيلات التذكير: ضبط توقيت وصوت ومستوى صوت الإشعارات.

١.٢ المعلومات التي تُجمع تلقائياً

بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: إصدار التطبيق، لغة الجهاز، تفضيل السمة (فاتح/داكن/تلقائي).
معرف الإعلانات: إذا كنت ترى إعلانات من Google AdMob، قد يُستخدم معرف الإعلان لعرض إعلانات مناسبة. انظر القسم ٥ للتفاصيل.

نحن لا نجمع: موقعك الدقيق، جهات اتصالك، صورك، أو أي بيانات خارج التطبيق. جميع بيانات المناوبات والإجازات والرواتب تُخزن محلياً على جهازك ولا تُرسل إلى خوادمنا.

٢. كيفية استخدام المعلومات

لتقديم الوظائف الأساسية: عرض جدول المناوبات، حساب الراتب، تتبع الإجازات، وإرسال تذكيرات المناوبات.
لتذكر تفضيلاتك (السمة، اللغة، اختيار المجموعة).
لتخصيص تجربتك (الترحيب بك باسمك، عرض مسمّاك الوظيفي).
لعرض الإعلانات عبر Google AdMob (انظر القسم ٥).

٣. تخزين البيانات وأمانها

تخزين محلي: جميع بياناتك تُخزن محلياً على جهازك باستخدام التخزين المحلي للمتصفح. لا يوجد نسخ احتياطي أو مزامنة سحابية.
لا توجد خوادم: لا نشغل أي خادم خلفي. بياناتك لا تغادر جهازك إلا عند التفاعل مع خدمات الطرف الثالث المذكورة في القسم ٥.
حذف البيانات: يمكنك حذف جميع بيانات التطبيق من المزيد ← مسح جميع البيانات أو بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.

٤. صلاحيات التطبيق

الإشعارات: قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الإشعارات لإرسال تذكيرات المناوبات. يمكنك منح أو إلغاء الإذن في إعدادات جهازك.
الإنترنت: مطلوب لتحميل إعلانات Google AdMob. لا يُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.

٥. خدمات الطرف الثالث

٥.١ Google AdMob

يستخدم التطبيق Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات. قد تجمع AdMob البيانات التالية كما هو موضح في سياسة خصوصية Google:

معرف الإعلانات (Advertising ID): معرف مجهول قابل لإعادة التعيين يُستخدم لتخصيص الإعلانات.
معلومات الجهاز: طراز الجهاز، إصدار النظام، حجم الشاشة، ونوع الشبكة.
الموقع التقريبي (عبر IP): لعرض إعلانات ذات صلة جغرافية.
تفاعلات الإعلانات: الإعلانات التي تشاهدها أو تضغط عليها.

يمكنك إلغاء تخصيص الإعلانات من الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات على جهازك.

٥.٢ خدمات Google Play

يُوزع التطبيق عبر Google Play الذي قد يجمع بيانات التثبيت وتحليلات الأعطال وفقاً لسياسة خصوصية Google.

٦. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير مخصص للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً. نحن لا نجمع معلومات من الأطفال عن قصد.

٧. التغييرات في السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر التغييرات هنا مع تاريخ تحديث جديد.
